Production

Supply Region Amount of Livestocks Production Productivity Distribution

Beef Production depends on the ammount of livestock, Beef Cattle Productivity, the Percentage of Meat, and the Percentage of Carcases. Cattle productivity is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factor depends on genetic, gender, the origin of livestock. External factor depends on feed, management, health, and climate factor. We define beef production based on each region, those are:  

  1. Java
  2. Sumatera
  3. Kalimantan
  4. Sulawesi
  5. Bali and Nusa Tenggara
  6. Maluku and Papua
