8. RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from LOGIS.CO.ID are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such item pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS - Items must be returned within 7 days from the date it is received, except for the fresh products, item must be returned when the product arrives and the products are not as expected. - Items must be in origin condition - Items must have all tags attached - Sale items are not eligible for returns Please note : Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
