We classify population based on each region to fit with the supply chain of beef production. The regions are as follows: such as Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and Nusa Tenggara, as well as Maluku and Papua. Indonesia population has growth with the average growth rate of around 1.4% as seen in this following graph:
